Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2339), the revenue and the expenditures of the State Budget of Ukraine will increase by 1,6 billion UAH. 1,58 billion UAH will be allocated for implementation of tasks scheduled for the current year and aimed at transition of the Armed Forces and other military units to the contract-based recruitment.
The Verkhovna Rada adopted the Bill at the First Reading on 03.06.2008.
The Committee forwarded its motions and remarks to the Committee on Budget, so that they would be taken into consideration whilst drafting the Bill to the Second Reading.
The People´s Deputies envisage that expenditures in the amount of 64,5 million UAH should be allocated to the Ministry of Transport and Communications for the State Special Transport Service.
The Committee members stated that the Bill adopted at the First Reading envisages only 23 million UAH, which meets the requirements only for 36%.
